A Trade Mark owner/Applicant can change his specified address or the address of his business as per their wish. In order to do so they are required to file an application before the Trade Mark registration in a prescribed format. This process can be recorded through the following forms-:
In the case of pending applications, Form TM-M has to be filed by the Applicant for making any required changes in the applicant’s address along with the prescribed fees of Rupees 900 per mark.
In the case of Registered Trademarks, Form TM-P has to be filed by the applicant for making any required changes in the applicant’s address along with the prescribed fees of Rupees 900 per mark.
A scanned copy of Power of Attorney signed by the authorized signatory of the Trademark owner under the new address is the essential document required for the change in address.
