In the case of Registered Trademarks, Form TM-P has to be filed by the Applicant for recording any required changes in the legal counsel along with the prescribed fee of Rupees 900/- per mark.

A Power of Attorney signed by the authorized signatory of the Trademark owner/Applicant under the new address is the essential document required for such a process.
