1. FORM TM-A 

    TM-A: This form is used when applying for a new trademark registration in India.The application must include the logo or mark that is being registered, the class or classes of goods or services it applies to, and a declaration of ownership. Once the application is filed, it is examined by the trademark office to ensure that it meets all the necessary requirements. If there are no objections, the trademark will be registered, and a certificate of registration will be issued.

       Fees

Where the applicant is an individual/Startup/Small Enterprise, the fees for physical filing is 5,000/- and for E-Filing is 4,500/-. Whereas in the rest of the cases the fees for physical filing is 10,000/- and for E-Filing is 9,000/-.

2. FORM TM-O 

This form is used to oppose the registration of a trademark that has already been filed. If someone believes that a Trademark is identical to their own, or that it infringes on their Intellectual Property Rights, they can file an opposition through the TM-O form. If the opposition is successful, the Trademark will not be registered.

      Fees

       The fees for physical filing of form TM-O is 3,000/- and for E-Filing is 2,700/-

3. FORM TM-R

This form is used to renew a trademark that is already registered. Trademarks are valid for 10 years in India and must be renewed before the expiration date to maintain their validity. The renewal application must be filed within 6 months before the expiration of the trademark registration. If the renewal is not filed on time, the trademark will become invalid.

Fees

The fees for physical filing of form TM-R in such regard is 10,000/- and for E-Filing is 9,000/-.

4. FORM TM-P 

• Form TM-P is filed to register a subsequent proprietor in case of assignment or transfer for each Trademark. 

Fees

The fees for physical filing of form TM-P in such regard is 10,000/- and for E-Filing is 9,000/-.\

•  Form TM-P is also made as an application for:

1. Extension of time for applying for advertisement of assignment without goodwill, or Extension of time for registering a company as subsequent proprietor of Trademarks.

   Fees

The fees for physical filing of form TM-P in such regard is 2,000/- and for E-Filing is 1,800/- 

• Form TM-P is also made as an application for:

1. Dissolution of association between Trademark;
2. Request for cancellation of an entry in the register or part for each Trademark. 

Fees

The fees for physical filing of form TM-P in such regard is 1,000/- and for E-Filing is 900/- 

5. FORM TM-U 

• Form TM-U is an application made to the Registrar for the registration, of a person as a registered user of a registered Trade Mark, shall be made jointly by that person and the registered proprietor of the trade mark in this Form

       Fees

             The fees for physical filing of form TM-U is 5,000/- and for E-Filing is 4,500/- 

6. FORM TM-C 

• Form TM-C is filed for requesting search and issue of certificate under Rule 22(1).   

Fees

       The fees for physical filing of form TM-C in such regard is 10,000/- and for E-Filing is 9,000/-

• Form TM-C can also be filed requesting for an expedited search and issuance of certificate under Rule 22(3). 

             Fees

       In such regard physical filing of form TM-C is not allowed and the fees for E-Filing is 30,000/-.

7. FORM TM-M 

• Form TM-M is made on application for Extension of time, Certified copy, or Duplicate Registration Certificate, Inspection of document, Particulars of advertisement to Registrar, Seeking grounds of decision of Registrar, Enter in the register and advertise a note of certificate of validity under Rule 127, Amendment in trademark application, Particulars of advertisement of a trademark to Registrar under Rule 41.

 Fees

       The fees for physical filing of form TM-M in such regard is 1,000/- and for E-Filing is 900/- 

• Form TM-M is also made on application for- 

1. Review of Registrar’s decision, or Petition (not otherwise charged) for obtaining Registrar’s order for any interlocutory matter in a contesting proceeding, or 
2. Any other matters not covered in other TM forms.

     Fees

     The fees for physical filing of form TM-M in such regard is 3,000/- and for E-Filing is 2,700/-.

• Form TM-M is made as an application under Rule 34 for expedited process of an application for the registration of a Trademark.

      Fees 

Where the applicant is an individual/Startup/Small Enterprise, the physical filing is not allowed and for E-Filing is 20,000/-. Whereas in the rest of the cases the physical filing is not allowed and for E-Filing is 40,000/-.

• Form TM-M can also be  made requesting to include a trademark in the list of well- known Trademark

Fees 

    The physical filing of form TM-M in such regard is not allowed and the fees for E-Filing is 1,00,000/- 

8. FORM TM-G 

• Form TM-G is made on application for registration of a person as a Trademark agent under Rule 147 & 149. 

       Fees

       The fees for physical filing of form TM-G in such regard is 5,000/- and for E-Filing is 4,500/-.

• Form TM-G can also be made for continuance of the name of a person in the Register of a Trademark Agents under Rule 150 for every five years to be paid on or before 1st day of succeeding financial year. 

Fees

      The fees for physical filing of form TM-G in such regard is 10,000/- and for E-Filing is 9,000/-.

• Form TM-G is made on application for restoration of the name of a person to the Register of Trademarks agents under Rule 153 within 3 years from the date of removal of registration.

Fees 

    The fees for physical filing of form TM-G in such regard is 5,000/- (Plus continuation fee as mentioned in entry number 20) and for E-Filing is 4,500/- (Plus continuation fee as mentioned in entry number 20).

• Form TM-G is made on application for an alteration of any entry in the Register of Trademarks Agent under Rule 154.

Fees 

       The fees for physical filing of form TM-G in such regard is 1,000/- and for E-Filing is 900/-.
